Having grown up across multiple countries and studied in Munich, New York, and Madrid, she approaches brands not as outputs, but as experiences.With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology and a Master’s degree in Marketing, her work is grounded in how people perceive, feel, and connect. Natalie designs for humans before algorithms, creating brand worlds guided by rhythm, atmosphere, and intention rather than trends.She works fluently in German, English, and Polish, and is currently learning French.

Nina is a Project Manager at Morell Studios with a background in international marketing and luxury environments. She has worked with brands such as El Corte Inglés and Mercedes-Benz Iberia, bringing structure, clarity, and strategic oversight to complex creative projects.Holding a Master’s degree in Fashion & Luxury Business Management from Madrid and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from London, Nina combines creative sensibility with a deep understanding of consumer behavior. Her international experience shapes her open, culturally aware approach to storytelling and collaboration.She works fluently in Spanish, Italian, German, and English.

Alina Kladny is a Content Editor and Community Manager at Morell Studios. She ensures that every brand world remains consistent, responsive, and precisely executed across digital platforms. From visual editing and content refinement to daily community management, Alina translates creative direction into structured and on brand presence. With a strong eye for detail and rhythm, she supports the seamless execution of strategy, maintaining clarity, tone, and engagement in every interaction.
